Step 1 : reaching out
The first step is simply to contact me. You can email (rosalindmwells@gmail.com) or text me at 780 680 4101 and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. I will call you back if you require to talk to me first for ten minutes.
I respond pretty quickly but don't worry if there is a delay, I'm probably in session.
Step 2 : initial consultation
The first consultation is an intake session where I take a history of your life, so I can understand where your anxiety is coming from.
Step 3 : find a time that suits you
I provide some evening appointments.
Step 4: working together
I'm going to guide you as best I can. I provide a safe place to be yourself.
We will regularly review your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
And, of course, you can end our sessions whenever you like!
