My approach

Hello, my name is Rosalind and I help people recover from Anxiety.

  • I have served for many years in the mental health field.
  • I use a psychodynamic and attachment based approach because attachment is the base for all our actions and much of what we experience as adults is rooted in childhood.
  • I see adults, teens, couples and families.
  • Therapy is about shining a light on emotions that have been hidden or suppressed, so we can identify them and move beyond.
